I got home late from the bead show, so I haven't had a chance to open it yet. It's such a pretty package I almost hate to open it!

I have a long to do list. I'll have to think about my top priorities. :)Christina J.https://www.blogger.com/profile/14002677134681380015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6138737885653519168.post-1368412646564390722007-06-07T21:47:00.001-04:002007-06-07T21:47:00.001-04:00oh, that was me, Kimoh, that was me, KimAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6138737885653519168.post-44419800696510591702007-06-07T21:47:00.000-04:002007-06-07T21:47:00.000-04:00I just made this tonight, it's simple and very nic...I just made this tonight, it's simple and very nice:
Combine 1T olive oil, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 3T chopped cilantro, 2T soy sauce, 1T minced ginger. Marinate some chicken cutlets in this for 20m to 1 h, then toss them under the broiler or on the grill for a few minutes per side. You can garnish them with more fresh cilantro and lime wedges if you want, it's very light and healthy and yummy!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6138737885653519168.post-41867366233883587242007-06-07T18:54:00.000-04:002007-06-07T18:54:00.000-04:00I really want to go strawberry picking. I agree with Norma though, Pesto is one of my all time favs. We freeze it and then have it all winter too!Katie Jeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17056595384547595208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6138737885653519168.post-32008812022665929862007-06-07T17:38:00.000-04:002007-06-07T17:38:00.000-04:00Oooh, basil. We eat it all summer long:

Fill your food processor with basil. Push the basil down a little bit when filling it. You want a lot of basil. Pour maybe half a cup of good olive oil over it, and a cup of walnuts. Process it up good, then add a healthy amount of Parmesan cheese (depending on the strength of your cheese -- a quarter cup on up). If it's too thick, add more olive oil.

Alter proportion of ingredients on the fly, to taste.

Serve over hot pasta (add some cooking water to help mix it in), toasted bread, crackers, or your fingers (don't eat your fingers).normanackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08707300881593408811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6138737885653519168.post-83401127918885836232007-06-07T15:48:00.000-04:002007-06-07T15:48:00.000-04:00Congrats on your etsy shop!
